Blaser Ethiopia Sidamo coffee (Blaser Ethiopia Sidamo) is an elite single-grade, washed Arabica coffee. Covered with numerous legends, grains give the world this coffee with a captivating aroma. One of the softest and most delicate Arabica varieties native to Ethiopia.
Sidamo plantation, is located in the historical homeland of Arabica. This arabica grows at an altitude of 2000 m above sea level, due to which, the ripening period of the berries is lengthened, which makes it possible for the grain to obtain a rich flavor spectrum. Belongs to the Arabika Typika type. Ripe fruits are subjected to extremely wet processing, and then dried in the open sun, on a hard cloth, which avoids overheating and hypothermia of the grain. It is wet processing and fermentation that gives the grain fruity notes, mocha aromas and natural sweetness. The variety has a unique bergamot aroma.
The velvety and soft taste of Blaser Ethiopia are combined with bright, wild shades. The high growth heights make Ethiopia as rich as aged French wine. Ethiopian coffee has a unique aroma and is never roasted until dark brown.
